50 years de koevoet

In 2020, we celebrated the fact that our family started at De Koevoet no less than 50 years ago! Half a century also means a wealth of memories. For us as a family, but certainly also for our guests. Many have been coming here for years, some return after a long time and some have even experienced the first days of our business. It is this unique connection that has made De Koevoet a special place for 50 years.

In 2018, we put out a call for people to share memories of De Koevoet with us. And we received wonderful responses! Our mailbox flooded with anecdotes, poems, photos and even videos.

All these stories form the basis of our anniversary book ‘Thuiskomen op vakantie’. Together with our own memories, the history of the farm and of Teroele, and with the help of a professional editor, a book was created that we are incredibly proud of.
